O Palmeiral occupies a building that has held the Príncipe Real neighbourhood together for over a century. Up to twenty seats in the dining room, the esplanade outside, the whole house if you want it.

How It Works
No hire fee — a minimum spend and the room is yours. A deposit confirms the booking. The menu, the wine, the table plan, the playlist — we sort out together over email or a phone call.
The Menu
Three-course set menus at €35 per person — keep it simple with Wine for Friends at €10 per person: house wines, soft drinks and coffees all included. The kitchen operates almost exclusively gluten-free; dietary requirements accommodated as standard.

Birthdays, corporate dinners, celebrations, leaving dos, reunions. Engagement parties that want a room, not a function suite. Work teams that want to eat properly. Christmas dinners that should have been booked weeks ago.
No formal occasion required. The space adapts to the group, not the other way round.

Is there a hire fee?
No. You commit to a minimum spend — from €1,000 for lunch, €1,500 for dinner — and the room is yours.
How many people fit?
Up to twenty in the dining room, with more outside on the esplanade. Groups of thirteen or more are always private hire.
How do we confirm?
A deposit confirms the booking. The menu, the wine, the table plan and the playlist get sorted together over email or a call.
Can we bring our own music?
Shut the doors and turn the music up. Decorations are welcome within reason — talk to us.
