About
The room
The building at Travessa de São José 1 first opened as a neighbourhood grocery shop in 1870, and has been welcoming the people of Príncipe Real since. The floor tiles, the wooden cupboards and the proportions of the room hold memories of this space from long before O Palmeiral opened.

The kitchen

Tortellini in brodo. Pint of prawns with homemade piri-piri. Aubergine Parmigiana. Pork chop. Bacalhau à lagareiro. Suppliers are local and dishes are all home made.
The kitchen operates almost exclusively gluten-free. The only dishes with gluten: the tortellini, the tiramisù, the bread (gluten-free available) and the grissini.
Amorvero
Amorvero is a philosophy of culture — expressed through legacy hospitality venues. An investment platform focused on the regeneration of fading icons of the hospitality industry in and around Lisbon. It works with existing owners of places that have outlasted trends. Legacy is luxury and hospitality holds the keys to culture.
TRUE Hospitality
Boutique agency producing international events, luxury brand activations and consultancy. Twenty years of dinners, parties, openings and gatherings that nobody forgot.
